Michael B. Phillips
Michael is a life-long resident of Arkansas. Michael grew up on his family’s rice, soybean, and wheat farm in Lawrence Co. Since graduating from law school, Michael has continuously represented Arkansas property owners whose property has been threatened or taken by the government under the power of eminent domain. Michael has dedicated his law practice to protecting the right of private property ownership for all Arkansans.
