Brandon K. Moffitt

Brandon, originally from Lexington, Tennessee, has been a resident of Arkansas since 2003 when he moved to Little Rock to attend the UALR Bowen School of Law. Since obtaining his law license, Brandon has been actively involved in the legal community and has served in several capacities in local, state, and national legal organizations. Brandon recently authored a chapter on Arkansas eminent domain law which was published in the American Bar Association publication Fifty-State Survey: The Law of Eminent Domain (First Chair Press, 2012). Brandon is an Arkansas licensed Realtor® and is dedicated to protecting property rights for all citizens. Brandon is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Tennessee.
