Michael Phillips Talks with Property Owners against SWEPCO takings

Eminent Domain Lawyer, Michael Phillips, of Moffitt & Phillips attended the public hearings regarding SWEPCO’s proposal to take property from hundreds of people in Northwest Arkansas for a high voltage power line that would run from near Bentonville to the Kings River north of Berryville. While at the meeting, he took the time to answer landowners' questions about eminenet domain in Arkansas and the condemnation process. Michael and his law partner, Brandon Moffitt, exclusively represent property owners across Arkansas in eminent domain and condemnation proceedings.
